Coaching
:
I offer business, corporate and life coaching. I specialise in Leadership coaching, supporting leaders to develop their potential and skills.
Training
:
I design and deliver courses on the ‘soft skills’ e.g, team building, working in groups, communication, leadership and coaching
Examples of my bespoke training courses are: ‘Open up to communication’, ‘Ten tips for Team development’,’ Clever Coaching in the Work place’, ‘Leading the Leaders’.

Coaching
:
I offer confidential, no charge and no obligation ‘taster’ coaching sessions, where you will experience being really be listened to, consider your goals, consider your options and direction, and find solutions.
Your ideas and experience will be respected. You will find positive ways forward. You will find solutions.
Alongside coaching and other substantial and related qualifications, I am a Logo-Visual practitioner (LVT), a full member of the Association for Coaching and have access to the experience of many other coaching professionals.
Training
:
After consultation, I will design and deliver bespoke training. I have extensive experience of this work in higher education and the public sector. I use a wide variety of training methods, all of which have been positively evaluated and I will meet your training needs.
